  • generate derivative works for commercial purposes without authorization.

7. Trademark

"MoonBloom", "MoonBloom House", its logos, and other distinctive signs used by the brand may be protected under applicable trademark and other industrial property laws.

It is prohibited to use them in a way that may cause confusion about the business origin of products or services.

8. Authorized Use of the Brand

Reference to MoonBloom may only be made when necessary to correctly identify the source of an illustration or to legitimately mention the brand.
