What exactly am I buying?

All MoonBloom illustrations are high-resolution digital files.

We do not send any physical products by mail.

Once your purchase is complete, you can download the files and print them wherever you prefer.

When will I receive my files?

The download will be available immediately after confirming the payment.

You will also receive an email with the download link if the platform you are purchasing from allows it.

I can't find my download. What can I do?

First, check your spam or promotions folder.

If you still can't locate the link, please write to us indicating:

• The email used for the purchase.

• The product name.

• The approximate date of purchase.

We will assist you as soon as possible.

Can I download the files more than once?

Yes.

As long as the platform allows it, you can re-download your files if you need to.

Still, we recommend saving them in a safe place.

Printing

Where can I print the prints?

You can print them:

• At home.

• At a local print shop.

• At a photo lab.

• At any professional printing service.

What paper do you recommend?

For the best results, we recommend a matte paper between 200 and 300 g/m².

Papers with a slight texture also reproduce the watercolor look very well.

What size should I choose?

Each purchase includes several print formats prepared to fit the most common frames.

This way, you can choose the size that best fits your space without losing quality.

Can I print the same print multiple times?

Yes.

You can print as many copies as you need for your personal use.

Are the illustrations hand-painted?

Each MoonBloom illustration is created through an artistic direction process where we use our own creativity combined with artificial intelligence tools as part of the creative process.

After that, we carefully review, select, and refine each image to ensure it fits into a coherent visual universe and maintains the level of quality we seek for the brand.

Do you sell printed prints?

No.

MoonBloom specializes exclusively in downloadable digital illustrations.

This allows you to receive the files immediately and choose freely where to print them.

Can I request a custom illustration?

At this moment, we do not take custom orders.

We prefer to dedicate our time to creating new collections that all families can enjoy.

Do the illustrations match each other?

Yes.

All collections are designed as a system.

You can combine animals, botanical compositions, and celestial elements to create balanced wall galleries.

Usage License

Can I gift the files to someone else?

No.

The purchase is for the personal use of the buyer.

If you want to gift an illustration, the best option is to purchase it directly for that person.

Can I use the illustrations in my business?

No.

The illustrations cannot be used for commercial purposes without a specific license.

If you represent a company or institution and wish to use our illustrations, please contact us.

Can I modify the illustrations?

Modifying, redistributing, or reselling the files is not allowed.

Orders

I made a mistake when purchasing. What should I do?

Please write to us as soon as possible explaining what happened.

We will review each case individually to try to assist you.

I lost my files.

If you have lost the download, please contact us indicating the email used during the purchase and we will try to help you.
