USAGE LICENSE FOR ILLUSTRATIONS

1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing MoonBloom.
Each illustration has been created to be part of homes and children's spaces with a personal usage license.
Purchasing an illustration does not grant you intellectual property rights.
By purchasing any product from MoonBloom, you accept the terms described in this license.
2. Ownership
All rights to the illustrations, compositions, collections, designs, visual identity, texts, and other creative elements belong to MoonBloom or their respective owners.
The purchase of a product grants a limited usage license.
In no case does it imply the transfer of intellectual property.
3. Type of License
Each purchase includes a license:
personal;
non-exclusive;
non-transferable;
non-sublicensable;
revocable in case of breach.
4. What Can You Do?
With your purchase, you can:
✔ Download the files for your personal use.
✔ Print the illustrations to decorate your home.
✔ Print multiple copies for different rooms in your own home.
✔ Print one copy as a gift for a family member or friend, as long as the digital file is not shared and the use remains exclusively personal.
✔ Keep a backup copy of the files.
✔ Change print shops as many times as needed.
✔ Print in different sizes included with the purchase.
5. What Is Not Allowed?
It is not allowed to:
✘ Share the digital files with others.
✘ Send the files via email, messaging, or any other means.
✘ Publish them on the Internet.
✘ Upload them to social media for others to download.
✘ Resell the files.
✘ Resell prints made from them.
✘ Modify the illustrations to create new works intended for sale.
✘ Use them for logos, brands, or corporate identity.
✘ Use them in commercial products.
✘ Incorporate them into books, magazines, or commercial publications.
✘ Use them in paid courses.
✘ Sell printed products that incorporate the illustrations.
✘ Distribute them through print-on-demand platforms.
✘ Register them as a trademark.
✘ Claim authorship.
6. Use in Businesses
Illustrations acquired through a personal license cannot be used in:
stores;
hotels;
restaurants;
consultations;
offices;
tourist accommodations;
private educational centers;
advertising campaigns.

7. Use on Social Media
You can share photographs of the illustrations already printed within your home.
We would love to see how they are part of your space.

It is not allowed to publish the original digital files or facilitate their download.
8. Modifications
It is not allowed to modify the illustrations for the purpose of:
removing elements;
adding new drawings;
changing colors for redistribution;
generating new commercial works.
Adjustments made exclusively for printing (such as size, proportional cropping, or frame adaptation) are allowed, as long as they do not substantially alter the work.
9. Artificial Intelligence
It is not allowed to use MoonBloom illustrations for:
training artificial intelligence models;
feeding databases intended for training generative systems;
generating derivative works using AI tools for commercial purposes.
10. Copyright
All rights not expressly granted in this license are reserved.
MoonBloom fully retains ownership of the intellectual property rights over all its works.
