By placing an order, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Purchase Conditions before completing the payment process.
These conditions apply to all sales made through the website, regardless of the country from which the purchase is made, without prejudice to the inalienable rights that may correspond to consumers under applicable legislation.

MoonBloom exclusively sells downloadable digital products.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, physical products are not shipped.
Each product includes a description of its content, available formats, and main features before completing the purchase.
The images used on the website are for illustrative purposes and aim to faithfully represent the product content.
4. Purchase Process
The purchase process is carried out as follows:
The customer selects one or more products.
Adds the products to the cart.
Enters the necessary information to complete the order.
Reviews the purchase summary.
Accepts these Purchase Conditions.
Completes the payment via Stripe.
Receives a confirmation email.
Receives a second email with the link to access the download page for the files.
The purchase will only be considered formalized once payment is confirmed.
5. Product Availability
Digital products are permanently available unless stated otherwise.
However, MoonBloom may withdraw, modify, or update any product without prior notice.
Modifications will not affect purchases already made, unless an update is expressly offered to the customer.
6. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are expressed in the currency selected by the user.
Applicable taxes will be shown during the purchase process in accordance with current regulations and the country from which the order is placed.
MoonBloom may modify prices at any time.
Changes will not affect already confirmed orders.
7. Payment Methods
Currently, MoonBloom accepts payments via Stripe.
Payment processing is conducted through secure platforms that use encryption protocols to protect the customer's financial information.
MoonBloom does not store complete payment card details.
8. Delivery of Products
Once payment is confirmed, the customer will receive an email with a link to access the download page.
The usual delivery time is immediate, although in exceptional circumstances, there may be slight delays due to technical issues or third-party services.
If the customer has not received the email after a reasonable time, they should contact MoonBloom.
9. Download Content
Each product listing indicates the included files.
Unless specified otherwise, illustrations are delivered in high resolution (300 dpi) and in various formats prepared to facilitate printing.
MoonBloom may enhance the content of future versions without any obligation to provide such improvements to previous purchases, unless expressly stated otherwise.
10. Use of Files
The purchase grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license in case of breach of these conditions.
The purchase does not imply the transfer of intellectual property rights over the illustrations.
The customer may print the files for personal use but does not acquire any commercial exploitation rights over them.
11. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer regulations, the right of withdrawal will not apply to digital content supplied electronically when the execution has begun with the prior and express consent of the consumer and with the acknowledgment that they lose this right once the download has started.
Before finalizing the purchase, the customer must expressly accept this circumstance when legally required.
12. Returns
Due to the digital nature of the products, returns are not accepted once the download has started, unless applicable legislation states otherwise or there is a defect attributable to MoonBloom.
If the customer detects a technical problem with the files, MoonBloom will make reasonable efforts to resolve it by replacing the file or any other suitable solution.
13. Customer Obligations
The customer agrees to:
Provide truthful information during the purchase process.
Not share the files with third parties.
Not distribute or resell the illustrations.
Use the products exclusively in accordance with the acquired license.
Respect MoonBloom's intellectual property rights.
14. Intellectual Property
All rights to the illustrations, designs, texts, logos, graphic elements, and other content belong to MoonBloom or its legitimate owners.
Any use other than that expressly authorized is prohibited.
MoonBloom reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against any unauthorized use.
15. Limitation of Liability
MoonBloom will not be liable for:
Problems arising from the customer's printer configuration.
Color differences caused by screens or printing processes.
Errors arising from software or hardware not related to MoonBloom.
Damages caused by improper use of downloaded files.
Technical incidents attributable to external providers.
In no case will this limitation affect the rights legally recognized to consumers.
16. Customer Service

17. Modification of Conditions
MoonBloom may modify these Purchase Conditions to adapt to regulatory, technical, or commercial changes.
Modifications will not affect purchases made previously.
18. Language
These Purchase Conditions are written in Spanish.
In case translations are offered in other languages, the Spanish version will prevail in case of discrepancies, unless applicable legislation states otherwise.
19. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Purchase Conditions will be governed by Spanish law.
When the buyer is a consumer and resides outside of Spain, they will retain the rights granted by the mandatory regulations of their country of residence when applicable.
The parties will attempt to resolve any disputes amicably before resorting to the corresponding judicial or extrajudicial mechanisms.
